Trusted a big box online company - they failed to meet the deadline and gave me the runaround. St Charles Florist delivered the flowers within hours of ordering. The flowers were great and they were able to deliver them the same day. It's so much better to order from a local company that provides unique items and your not going through flowers.com. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.
